Data Retention

How long do we retain your data?

Personal data generated from a request to exercise rights related to the processing of personal data will be retained until the completion and filing of the process, which may include, where applicable, actions taken by the supervisory authority for data protection. The data will then be archived with restricted access for the periods required by applicable statute of limitations, as well as for periods related to the enforcement of responsibilities arising from the management and processing of personal data.

Rights

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether the organization is processing personal data concerning them, to access such data, and to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, the erasure of personal data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. Data subjects also have the right to request restriction of processing and to object to processing.

You may also submit a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), particularly if you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, using the postal and/or electronic contact details provided at www.aepd.es.
