How long do we retain your data?

Personal data related to inquiries and contact management are retained for a period of one year from the date of the response provided by Osborne.
Information relating to complaints is retained until the final resolution of the complaint process.

Personal data related to the sending of commercial information, browsing tracking or analysis, and profiling are retained until the individual requests to object to the processing to which their request refers.
